About the event

From Refuge to Resiliency is a Spoken word event, celebrating 50 years of the Hmong in the United States after the Vietnam War. We present to you stories from local story tellers on their years of growth and resiliency in the Chippewa Valley.


This event is part of a larger two week celebration in the Chippewa Valley that runs from April 7th, 2025 to April 18, 2025. There will be traditional clothing and art displays, immersive simulations and so much more!
